We only work with a Select Number of Clients in sectors we recruit in. This way we can approach and source individuals from all competitor organisations without breaking any PSL agreements or contracts. All our consultants are specialists in their industry with many years’ experience and knowledge of their sector. We can work in a number of ways for our Clients but whatever the approach; all our processes involve Search and Selection.

The best individuals aren’t necessarily looking for that new opportunity or keeping an eye on the job boards. We network contacts that are in the sector as well as researching and approaching individuals whose experience fit the requirements.

We match not only experience but personalities ensuring you get the right experience and cultural individuals for your business – Usually improving an organisations staff retention rate. For those more strategic, senior or sensitive requirements; DCR International offer a tailored retained executive search campaign. This involves research of competitors and the industry to pin point the individuals whom will fulfil your opportunity. These individuals will usually be not actively looking, well paid and well thought of.

We then approach and interview on your behalf to gauge their experience and interest in a potential career move. You are then provided with a short list of potential employees identified and interviewed against your criteria from which you choose who you wish to interview.

We manage the whole process from the start of the assignment through to the successful candidate joining your organisation. We provide feedback and information throughout the process at each stage.
